The M Performance steering wheel for the X3 and X4 features a very sporty and dynamic design and a distinct grip range. It is completely equipped with high quality Alcantara and has a diameter of 375 mm. The steering wheel cover is covered with Alcantara and open-pore carbon. The prominent M Performance lettering is integrated in the center of the bezel. Furthermore, the steering wheel is designed with a silbergauer cross stitch seam, as well as in the 12 o'clock position with a motor sport center mark made of red leather.

Technical information
- Can be installed on vehicles with sports steering wheel (SA 255) and M sports steering wheel (SA 710).
- In the case of vehicles with a wheel alignment warning (SA 5AD), the vibration generator and the electronics can be taken over from the existing steering wheel.
- When installing with SA 248 (steering wheel heating), the heating function is necessary, decoding is not necessary. The switch for the steering wheel heating does not function.
Note:
The M Performance Steering Wheel does not require any supplement to the vehicle documents or a work permit to be carried. The registration is regulated for the corresponding vehicles of the BMW side within the EC approval.
