Please notice:
Can be installed in general for all the above vehicles. If you exchange the airbag unit from a sport steering wheel no coding must be done by BMW. When fitting with SA 248 (heated steering wheel) it eliminates the heating function, this must not be coded at BMW. The switch for the heated steering wheel will not work.
Vehicles with normal steering wheel
Takeover parts: Cable, vibrator and electronics for Spurverlassungswarnung (SA 5AD).
No assumption for possible airbag unit and multifunction buttons. These would then be ordered again!
Vehicles with sport steering wheel (Option 255)
Takeover of all parts possible.
