With the old M6 GT3 still quite competitive, BMW unveiled its new GT3, based on the M4. The 3-liter turbo 6-cylinder engine of the competition version develops 590 horsepower, with various modifications and with a more effective oil tank. The sequential gearbox benefits from the experience accumulated with the M8 GTE program. After around 20,000 km of testing, the M4 GT3 is available for sports customers starting in the 2022 season.
